| Duties: | Requirements:
� Program, set-up, and operate EDM machines
� Knowledge of electrode design
� Experience with fixture building and design
� Manual Mill/Lathe experience
� Ability to use inspection equipment
� Read and practice interpretation of blueprints and procedures
� Geometric Tolerance
� Ability to off-set machines to maintain part Quality
� Collect SPC data to maintain process control

| Qualifications: | Experience Required:
� Minimum of 5 years experience with Wire/Sinker EDM�s
� Vocational School Degree or Wire/Sinker EDM Training
Additional Experience a Plus:
� Esprit Programming experience a plus
� Pro/E, Solidworks experience a plus
