| Description: | rms Memphis is currently looking for an experienced Shop Supervisor to join our 2nd shift team. This position is responsible for planning, directing, administering, and controlling the operations of the 2nd shift to achieve the desired sales volume, quanitity, and profitability of production. |
| Duties: | 1) Provide acceptable levels of profit margin for the manufacture of Medical Instrumentation at rms Memphis.
2) To build and ship Medical Device Instrumentation to all customers of rms Memphis.
3) Provide leadership and technical support to meet customer requirements, improve employee capabilities and maintain financial accountability.
4) Develop a disciplined, orderly work force able to achieve sufficient volume to support expected growth and profitability.
5) Maintain the facility in a manner to conform to all EPA, FDA, ISO and other regulatory requirements.
6) Maintain the equipment, tools and assets of the facility in good working order during their normal useful life. |
| Qualifications: | Education
� 4 year degree or 10 years related experience
� Capable CNC Machinist
