| Description: | rms Company is a dynamic, world class manufacturing organization for the medical industry. Currently, we are looking for a Training Specialist to join our Human Resources team.
The Training Specialist will administer, organize, and facilitate employee work skills training and educational programs. |
| Duties: | * Deliver customized and third-party education/training in classroom and work settings
* Facilitate on-the-job train the trainer seesions
* Maintain training records for internal and external training events
* May design customized, company-specific training courses
* Work with internal subject matter experts to deliver new employee training programs
* Maintain training records consistent with ISO quality system requirements
* Administer performance management program
* Support the HR department on additional projects and duties |
| Qualifications: | * Minimum of three years training experience
* Knowledge of training and development principles and concepts
* Understanding of Instruction Design
* Use technical and business writing concepts for training documents
* Solid background in office systems- Word, Excel, PowerPoint
* Able to manage internal and external relationships
* Strong presentation skills
* Previous experience with project management
* Experience with training in a manufacturing environment a plus
* Background in machine tool technology a plus
Education:
* Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
