| Description: | rms Surgical is a state of the art facility that has the latest technology in precision machines to produce components and instruments for the medical device industry. We are looking for self sufficient, quality driven, precision CNC Swiss Machinists to join our expanding business. |
| Duties: | � Experience with set-up, edits, off-sets, and operation of CNC Swiss Machines
� Set-up and manufacture parts to print
� Ability to use inspection equipment to inspect parts
� Proficient at blueprint reading and geometric tolerencing
� Ability to select proper tooling to manufacture difficult materials
� Performs tool changes and machine off-sets to insure part quality
� Maintain a high level of quality
� Collect SPC data to maintain process control

| Qualifications: | � Must be able to Set-up CNC Swiss machines
� Programming experience with CNC Swiss machines is a Plus but not required
� Previous experience in a medical manufacturing facility is a Plus but not required
